Shipping

All orders are processed in and shipped from the Fab Rick's studio in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your order to ship. Most orders are shipped more quickly, but sometimes it just takes a week! If you need your order quickly, please leave a note at checkout or send me an email and I'll let you know how quickly I can process it.

Shipping Materials

Fab Rick's reuses and recycles shipping materials as much as possible, so your order will likely arrive in packaging that's already been on a journey or two. This is better for the environment and also better for everyone's wallets! We hope that you'll reuse our shipping materials too, if possible.

Seattle Order Pickup

Seattle area customers are welcome to pick up their order from the Fremont studio for free! Leave a note at checkout, or send me an email, to arrange a pickup time. I can easily refund any shipping costs you paid, or you can use code "pickup" during checkout to waive shipping fees. The studio does not have regular business hours and is not a public storefront, so pickup appointments always need to be made in advance.

Returns

Generally, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric has been cut, we can't process refunds or create exchanges for other products.
